Intro to Kayaking Course, Sunday 10th April 2016

Places still remain on the course: if you are interested please contact Geoff Palmer at freokayaker@gmail.com.

Course will cover all aspects of getting onto the water with confidence, what to wear, basic strokes, and paddling different types of kayak.

Unite on the Swan – World Record Attempt

Canoeing WA is holding this event on 10th April trying to get 3200 paddlers on Perth Water in front of the city, and raising money for the victims of the Waroona and Districts Fires. Please register here and then come along – lots of Club paddlers have already committed and registered.  We will be taking the Club trailer, so the first “X” people to email Peter will have their own or a ‘hired’ Club boat (at no cost) transported to the event.
