Dear Member,

Our AGM will be held at the Club starting at 7.30pm on Tuesday 20 May 2008.
We would very much like you to come and hear what the Committee has achieved in the last twelve months, and help to elect a new committee for the year ahead Ð or join it and be part of the action. All committee positions will be open for re-election.

Please note there is a small change to the Constitution proposed in the Agenda.

Any person joining the Club shall pay a nomination fee, the amount of which shall be determined by the Annual General Meeting.

Proposed new wording:

Any person joining the Club shall pay a nomination fee, the amount of which shall be determined by the Annual General Meeting. The nomination fee set for juniors can be different to other member classes.

It is proposed that the nomination fee for juniors be set to zero.
