OK Christmas has finished and you have stacked on a few kilos. The gym is not doing it for you and boot camp was too hard. You promised yourself to do more paddling to lose those unwanted kilos, and maybe also do more racing.
WELL, why not try Friday Night Paddle Bash!?
Yes, with General A. Hewlett and Sergeant Roland you may even drop that unwanted muffin top. As Andy always says, “Drop and give me twenty push-ups paddlers!”
Who knows you may even want to do the Avon!
Don’t worry about the distance. You can choose any distance, as long as it is 3, 6, 9, 12 or 18 km. And you get to watch how you improve by getting your times that are recorded.
You are not really racing anybody except yourself.
Afterwards there are a few sherbets and we often fire up the BBQ.
Partners and kids are welcome for food and dinks too.
At the end series if there is enough of us I may even have a few choice prizes.
