Christmas Paddle!

Christmas paddle and evening at the club ! Come down on Friday 6th December, not an organised party just a chance to paddle, have something to eat and catch up with friends. Completely BYO, bring a plate to share and whatever you fancy drinking. There will be people paddling from 6pm onwards and probably earlier. The barbeque will be available for use.

Point Walter Paddle happens every Saturday at about 9.30 am as a Peer Paddle to enjoy a coffee in East Fremantle. On any particular Saturday there may be between 0 and 20 paddlers.

Once a month a trained instructor leads the paddle (Guided Paddle) to show newbies how to safely navigate this sometimes hazardous stretch of water.

Palm Beach to Penguin Island

Just the thing to recover from Christmas and New Years celebrations. Come along on this 17km return paddle from Palm Beach to Point Peron, Bird Island, Seal Island and Penguin Island for lunch.

You should have done an Introduction to Sea Kayaking or have equivalent skills. Required safety gear included PFD, bailer / pump and either flares of PLB.
